The complete text of this policy is being finalized with legal counsel and will be published on this page. What appears below is our standing practice today.

Files you upload are used for one purpose: building the designs you asked for. Your photos appear only in your own designs, and your logo is placed only when you tick the box asking us to include it.

Before we use any file, you confirm it in your own words: “These are our church’s own photos, or we have permission to use them.” The same confirmation covers your logo.

Uploaded files never carry over automatically — if you come back to edit a request, you attach them again yourself.
